LEGATO V32 ANALOG VIDEO ROUTER Up to 32x32 analog video router. Ethernet (Web, SNMP) and serial control.
Basic configuration is 16x16 upgradeable to 32x32 with 16 channels modules.
2 Rack units. The V32 is a software controlled analog video routing system. The basic system consists of a 16 input / 16 output composite video switching matrix expandable to 32 input / 32 output enclosed in a 2U rack module plus a powerful and user friendly operation software running under Windows 2000 or XP. All physical connections are achieved via the rear panel using BNC connectors. The V32's inputs are internally terminated for 75 Ohm,while the outputs are designed to drive a standard 75 Ohm input. The system allows routing one input to one or more outputs. The unit can be controlled using either the built-in RS232 interface port, RS422 or the Ethernet port. The communication protocol is available for custom applications. Router operation is performed through a powerful and simple to use Windows based operating system. The main window consists of an x/y grid, where all connections are achieved through 'point and click' operations. Double-clicking on any crosspoint on the grid executes that specific connection; doubleclicking again will simply delete that crosspoint. Software features also include: naming of inputs and outputs, saving and restoring routing configurations to/from disk, macro definition/ execution capabilities, etc. When using the Ethernet port, the user can also access the internal web server which allows basic operation from a standard web browser anywhere in the network. The TESI V32 is currently being used in a wide variety of applications, including broadcast, video post-production studios, security installations...and wherever a high quality, flexible and reliable video routing device is needed.
