A class amp with two EL84 tubes and a 100W AB class amp with four EL34. The absolute news is given by the fact that you can choice which amp use simply with the touch of a button, or by footswitch or Midi. Real time while you are playing. It is not necessary to stand-by the head or to switch it off. Playing the 20W amp youíll have thicker tones also at low volume, while 100W will give you massive volume sound. The three channels of the new 059 are completely separated, with a characteristic that few amps have: the gain range of its three channels overlap perfectly, giving you the real continuity from clean to very aggressive overdrive.
Ch1 starts with a very ìcleanî tone well balanced and defined up to a ìdirty cleanî, that reacts fast to your playing dynamic.
Ch2 begins from the end of the Ch1 with a very controllable gain, the best for rhythm parts. Its sound is fat and precise.
Ch3 structure is the natural step up of the Ch2 ... pushing out your solo! A lot of harmonic presence will let you came out from your band. The TONE REVERSE function, well known among 059 lovers, has been kept. A new function named PLEXI MODE has been added. This control actives a complex networks combination, giving the original sound of the famous British Plexi. It works on each of the three channels and is midi storable.
